Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
The setup fee is due upon contract signing. Monthly retainer fees are due by the date specified above, failing which a 7-day grace period applies before service suspension.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all website source code, design assets, and content created specifically for the Client become the property of the Client. Restopilot retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
3. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
4. Scope Changes
Any requests outside the agreed Scope of Services (Section 1) will be quoted separately before work commences. Restopilot reserves the right to decline out-of-scope requests not covered by the monthly retainer.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business information, strategies, and technical details shared during this engagement strictly confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
Restopilot's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Restopilot is not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, payment gateways, domain providers).
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual negotiation, failing which by the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
