She took the time to patiently recommend and explain the options that were most suitable for me, offering sincere and thoughtful advice. She also helped suggest a hairstyle and hair colour that suited me well, and recommended the oxygen scalp treatment. Sherry showed great attention to detail and strong expertise while colouring my hair. She was friendly and patient throughout the process, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Shania’s scalp treatment was very relaxing and refreshing. They also serve dessert before doing the treatment. Her massage helped me fully relax, and I felt completely comfortable by the end of the session. The entire team are creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Within 3 months, the part of my scalp that was initially showing through, had been filled with new hair growth. So pleased with the service and overall results.
